Here is a form-fillable character sheet, with logical tab order, centered and adaptable text (changes size as you add more text), and absolute garbage tooltips because I didn’t want to bother with them when the other things seemed to be higher priority to me.

Hey, thanks for this @brianfeister! I appreciate it, but my OCD is making it harder for me to use because one TINY TINY DETAIL.
The Total Points and Spent Points are connected. I had 2 leftovers points when I made my character and I’d love to be able to note Total Points 40, Spent Points 38, for instance.
Could you please make this small alteration? I’d greatly appreciate.
