So me and the group I’m GMing are looking into buying more dice as we feel like we don’t have enough with the standard DnD sets and the few assorted dice we have. What number of each dice would you recommend? If we just got a standard DnD set and grabed a few extras, what extras should we buy? Have you found a certain dice gets used more than the rest?
Honestly, I’d probably just recommend getting one of those big grab bags of dice. You can usually get them at comic/hobby stores or on amazon pretty easy. It’s usually like 100+ dice.
So unless you are dice hoarders/collectors, then I’d get one of those, kind of like here:
also Table Loot has some decent prices on dice sets, but I don’t think they sell individual dice:
Generally I’d say d6 and d8 are probably the most though
