(Hope this is the right place) I downloaded the final version of the main rulebook on Backerkit and most of the text in the pdf is upside down. It’s extremely weird from Backerkit. Most of the text is upside down and it’s totally unusable (and unreadable). How do I determine if the problem is on my end or your end and what do I do about it (if anything)?

I’m guessing, with quite some confidence, the problem is on your end, because these PDFs have been out there for a couple of months and this is the first time I’ve heard about such a problem.
You could try to use another software to open the PDFs or try to download them again to see if anything went wrong during the download, but else I’m not sure what to suggest.
I’m pretty sure that you’re right. I’ll see what I can do.
