Perhaps this is super-basic question - but I have a player who wants to use the movement attribute to do portal magic. Should I just make him use the Teleport boon for this?
He can use any bane or boon as “portal magic” if he can explain it to you in a sensible way. For example: dropping an enemy through a portal for the Forced Move bane.
For basic transportation portals though, Teleport seems like it’s got you covered. For longer ranged portals, try the “Heightened Invocation” feat.
