The character builder has been updated with two key changes:
- Attribute Substitution I no longer qualifies for banes/boons (Tier 2 required). The view banes and view boons links will now be aware of this distinction.
- armor bonus feats will now reflect in the Armor section of Guard, relevant for the purposes of Battle Trance. more info
