After reading about the companions a bit, a few questions arose (I’m new, I could have missed something):

  1. Is there a limit to the size of your companion or is that up to the GM?
  2. If your companion dies, and you regain all of the invested feat points, when can you spend the feat points again? Can you spend them on another companion?

  1. That is indeed something to figure out with your GM. Different settings might allow for different creatures as companions, which is why there ain’t a restriction on that.
  2. Yes and yes. But acquiring a new companion falls again under the purview of the GM, as it doesn’t always make sense for new companion to appear out of thin air immediately. Sometimes that needs to be integrated into the campaign and the story.
