Using my Minionized Boss houserule, this level 6 boss is three people with an uneven split of Boss Actions.
Craig gets two, and is the brains and the boss.
Mikey only gets one if he’s using his finale, not that an absolute terror like him needs more.
Julian is the kind of guy who wants you to want to sock him, and gets a Boss Action to help him pull it off.
Each has their own stat line, boons, banes, perks, flaws, feats, and reasons. They’re few but powerful, and certainly worth that 24 level budget in a fight.
