Pulling someone towards you?

I have a player who wants to be able to pull someone to him and then attack and I was trying to figure out a bane or feat that makes this happen?

It would be the equivalent of something like Spider man webbing someone pulling them to him and punching them.

Forced Move would be the easy answer.

However to both pull and attack, that would require 2 actions.
