House rule: drawing deep

trivializes it too much. Then it is just HP damage if you heal that much that fast.

For what you are gaining, it pretty much needs to be Lethal Damage. Higher cost to get that advantage (which stacks btw).

If you can recover after every battle, you are just going to use it every battle.

The more I think about this, the worse this house rule seems.

Honestly, if you are wanting a trade off, it already exists with Battle Trance, and fatigue being the thing you are taking.

I mean… I know the idea of “take damage to do damage” sounds cool, but I think just making this a thing is a bad idea all around. MAYBE if it is a feat to get it in the first place, instead of everyone being able to do it… but still.

There is a reason legend points are given out, and that is so they can be used for those situations, like I mentioned before.
